Pronounced “chee-gong”, qigong is a form of traditional Chinese medicine for enhancing overall health and vitality.

Qigong is for anyone seeking to reduce stress, improve health, increase vitality, and find more happiness and joy.

Facilitated by Patti Wardlaw, the mission of Practicing Grace Qigong is to inspire and empower participants to honour their true nature and to connect to their innate healing power.

In addition to her qigong training, Patti is well versed in the teachings of Advaita. For the past twelve years she has enjoyed attending Satsang retreats with her dear friend and mentor,  Pamela Wilson.  Patti has a natural ability to infuse the spirit of satsang into her qigong teachings, bringing  a wholehearted, warm, nurturing and practical approach to her classes.

Patti received her qigong teacher training certification from Mario Argento of Qigong Calgary and teaches the Eight Silk Brocades,Daoist Five Element and Shibashi Qigong.  She offers weekly group  classes and private sessions, and is available to teach qigong at workshops or events!
